Prior to OCEANS, Arjun has served in a firm named, Thomson Reuters as an Audit Manager (PAN INDIA HEAD) for 3 years. The valuable experience that Arjun has successfully achieved is notable. Arjun started with OCEEANS in year 2013 and have already made a successful name on the organizational tree.

 

Arjun Shirole belonged to the finance background, he started working in the finance sector but he never thought his career would lead him into management to become a successful leader. Every responsibility that came to Arjun’s way, he has always looked at it as an opportunity and has served it with his maximum efforts.

 

Arjun shares, “Once I completed my pre-management meeting, the company gave me a vision that I can start my own company and expands it globally. Opportunity to travel in major cities and meeting several senior professionals has always helped me in becoming more and more confident. I have got a great experience working with the top clients like Airtel, Reliance and Tata.”His positivity leads with a belief that, we can be what we want to be regardless of our present situation, if we see things positively and align ourselves with positive people. Arjun got promoted by client Tata sky in October 2013.

 

Being a motivational and inspirational personality himself, some of his gems are with us. He believes in setting the goals that would take the Best out of one. According to him, the only way of finding the limits of ‘the possible’ is by going beyond them ‘into the impossible’. He says, replace the word "problem" with the word "opportunity" in all your thoughts and action and you can leave an impression everywhere.
